Italian Cinema Festival 2014

The Italian Cinema Festival ended yesterday in Lisbon, but it will be in Coimbra, Oporto, Funchal and Loulé during the next month. Yesterday I saw The Last Emperor (1987), by Bernardo Bertolucci, the first 3D movie shown in Cinema São Jorge. I loved it, obviously!

A Festa do Cinema Italiano terminou ontem em Lisboa, mas ainda vai passar por Coimbra, Porto, Funchal e Loulé durante o próximo mês. Ontem fui ver O Último Imperador (1987), de Bernardo Bertolucci, o primeiro filme em 3D exibido no Cinema São Jorge. Adorei, como é óbvio!

Last friday I went to a round table about Democracy and Dictatorship. Tonight I'm going to see the movie A Memória que me Contam, which trailer I show you below, also in Cinema São Jorge.

*Unfortunately I didn't see this movie, because the hour of the exhibition changed and, when I got there, it had already started. On the other hand and, happily, I watched a documentary that I was looking foward to see, named Hercules 56. Still in the FESTin's topic, I saw Impunidades Criminosas, a movie by Sol de Carvalho, last tuesday.  

* Infelizmente não consegui ver este filme, porque a hora de exibição foi mudada e, quando lá cheguei, já tinha começado. Por outro lado e, felizmente, acabei por assistir a um documentário que tinha curiosidade de ver, o Hércules 56. Ainda no âmbito do FESTin, fui também ver o filme Impunidades Criminosas, de Sol de Carvalho, na passada terça-feira.

I was 12 years old when I first saw them live. Tonight, with 26 years, I watched them again in an amazing concert. Many things changed in the past 14 years, but not my fondness for Silence 4 and their music.

Tinha 12 anos quando os vi pela primeira vez ao vivo. Esta noite, com 26 anos, voltei a vê-los num surpreendente concerto. Muita coisa mudou nestes últimos 14 anos, mas não o meu gosto pelos Silence 4 e a sua música.

Monstra Festival 2014

It ends tomorrow, so if you have the chance, don't miss Monstra. Last sunday I went to Cinema São Jorge to see a selection of short hungarian films and tonight I hope to see a mexican film at Cinema City Alvalade.
